Insight are an executive coaching consultancy that specialise in improving the effectiveness of leaders and managers. We are also specialists in the field of Mental Toughness. This is a key attribute of leadership as it measures how effective and adaptable a person is in coping with tasks when faced with stress, pressure or challenge.

We can provide effective coaching interventions supported with world class psychometric instruments that will provide you or your leaders with an incredible amount of personal Insight into themselves as a leaders and managers.

We also provide coaching interventions to help you with lifestyle change too, as our programmes can help you improve personal skills such as confidence, or develop habit changes that could help with stress management or health improvement.

Training & Professional Development

We are able to organise a number of short courses that could help improve the skills of your managers and leaders. We would be happy to discuss your requirements after discussing your or your company’s development needs. We can also help you develop a workforce development plan after completion of our coaching intervention.

Currently we are developing a coaching course for managers which we are matching against the professional coaching competencies of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Once complete, candidates who attend this course will have completing the training requirements to secure a professional accreditation in coaching.
